Why I Do This Work
I believe information governance is one of the most powerful expressions of public service.
Every FOIA request, every protected record, and every privacy safeguard represents a real person placing trust in an institution. When information is handled carelessly, that trust erodes. When it is governed with intention, integrity, and respect, trust grows.
I do this work because transparency matters. Privacy matters. Accountability matters.
And because organizations deserve guidance that honors both the law and the people behind the data.
My goal is not just to help organizations comply—but to help them build systems that reflect their values and strengthen confidence in the institutions we rely on.
