Dr. Moya M Hill is an international speaker, educator, and Unified Information Governance Architect. She created the discipline of Unified Information Governance and the Unified Information Governance Structure. She also created the first Unified Information Governance Model, the model that brings all information and AI governance disciplines into one structure. She governs AI at the structural level. Her work explains how AI and information must be governed so organizations have strong AI governance frameworks, clear oversight, and effective risk controls.

Her Unified Information Governance Model unifies privacy, FOIA and transparency, records management, cybersecurity, legal and compliance, risk management, and training and culture into one structure. It gives organizations a single, stable way to govern information and AI together. Her work is used by government agencies and complex organizations that require enterprise governance, AI controls, audit ready documentation, and clear operational guardrails.
